Shipping policy

We use United States Postal Services (USPS) as our preferred carrier, and most common services that we use are First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation for Domestic as well as for International shipment. Any order over $200 may be shipped via UPS Ground.

We usually ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving it via USPS First Class Mail with Delivery confirmation OR UPS Ground. Expedited orders will ship the same day if received before 2:00PM CST.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

We do provide tracking number for each order that you placed with us. Please note International shipping may take up to 18 business days, it depends which country we are shipping, excluding any Custom delay and you are responsible for any Custom duty and taxes.

Please confirm purchased item(s) delivery time by using the tracking number provided. If we shipped to international addresses, please allow additional time for any Custom delay that may occur.
